Internships at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy
We are not only committed to the next generation of scientists. That’s why we offer school students and students internships in various working areas of our institute. Visit the "Locations and departments" subpage to find out in which departments and at which locations the internships can be carried out.
Are you studying a STEM or business subject and your examination regulations require an internship? Or would you like to gain practical experience through a voluntary internship? If so, you can find out more about the opportunities to complete either option at our institute under "For students".
Secondary school students have the opportunity to work with us both for a one-day internship or for a longer internship of two weeks, for example. All important information on this can be found by clicking on "For school students".
The list in the "Completed internship projects" section provides an overview of some of our former interns’ projects. These are primarily works by students in the field of public relations.
Please note that applications can only be submitted online via our application portal. The links can be found on the websites "For students" and "For school students".
