Sabrina Casanova's worldline
Astrophysics and cosmology are the subjects
I focused on during my last year of
undergraduate studies at the Universita' La Sapienza di Roma.
For my degree I worked in Remo Ruffini's group
with his assistent
Dr.Giovanni Montani
on multidimensional generalizations of
Einstein's theory.
In 1998 I won a PhD position in physics
at the
Universita' degli Studi di Pavia
.
I was guest PhD student at the
Bergische Universitaet, Wuppertal in the QCD group.
With my PhD supervisor Dr.Rainer
Jakob
I worked in the field of phenomenology in QCD.
In 2001 I finished my PhD discussing
a
thesis on Skewed Parton Distributions.
I am currently working as a post-doc in
Peter Biermann's group
at the
Max Planck Institut fuer Radioastronomie in Bonn.
My project concerns
