Abstract. A hot disk corona forms due to the dynamo amplification of the magnetic field in the differentially rotating, turbulent disk and buoyancy instability of the magnetic field tubes. The resulting configuration of the magnetic field in the disk corona is explained in terms of Z-pinch. The energy release in Z-pinch leads to the formation of relativistic particle beams and collimated plasma outflows.
