3mm primary focus receiver (84.0-95.5 GHz)
This is a 3-channel dual-feed system designed for VLBI observations. It was first brought into the telescope in April 2001 and replaced the old system.

Comments:

  • Tcal for channel A might be larger.
  • Note, that the focus curve for this high frequency is uncertain, i.e., that SFC1 and SFC2 vary with elevation. Certainly this influences the gain curve (in a way not yet fully understood).
