OBSE/OBSinp: Coordinate System 10 D (Azimuth/Elevation) changed
18.10.01 / jn

For some new observational methods it is necessary to use the telescope coordinate system (azimuth/elevation), but also have these positions corrected for the pointing errors. Specially that is useful for example to observe around the pole or to exactly point geostationary satellites without having their movements in the sky.

For that reason we changed the coordinate system 10:

SBAS 10 is the same as before ( actual telescope positions in azimuth and elevation)

SBAS 10 D now works as descriptive system, but with the pointing corrections applied
